3.3. Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or a class credit.
3.4. Memberships & Packages: Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and must be used within their stated validity period.

4. Health, Safety, and Liability Waiver

Dance is a physical activity and involves inherent risks of injury.
4.1. Medical Clearance: By participating in any classes or events offered by Dance Hyderabad, you represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from participating.
4.2. Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in dance classes, whether in-studio, outdoors, or online.
4.3. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance Hyderabad, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential injuries, damages, or losses to your person or property arising out of your participation in our services.

5. Studio Rules and Code of Conduct

5.1. Respect: We strive to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind toward instructors, staff, or fellow students will not be tolerated.
5.2. Dress Code: Proper dance attire and footwear are required as specified for each dance style. Street shoes are strictly prohibited on the studio dance floors.
5.3. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to deny access to our studio or remove anyone who violates our Code of Conduct without a refund.
